MIITfilm Amateur Studio

The Moscow State University of Railway Transport used to have an amateur moviemaking studio, MIITfilm, in 1957-1990. Students were given an opportunity to produce their own movies for the university's expense. It's clear enough that when democratic reforms and market economy came to Russia, the studio could no longer exist. All the rooms were given to a bank for lease. Nevertheless, it is always pleasant to remember the old days when we students had much fun with a camera.
